WhatsApp TextBot Support Setup
Project Description
I’m looking for a freelancer who can turn my existing reply guides into an always-on TextBot for WhatsApp. The goal is simple: every customer inquiry must receive an accurate, natural-sounding answer within seconds, and routine questions should be handled automatically so my live team only steps in when truly needed.
Here’s what I need you to do:
• Design and configure the WhatsApp workflow so the bot greets users, answers FAQs, and, when appropriate, seamlessly hands the conversation to a human.
• Build or connect the automation layer (Twilio, WhatsApp Business API, Dialogflow, or any comparable tool you’re comfortable with) to ensure replies go out instantly and logs remain searchable.
• Train the response logic with the material I’ll provide—product info, tone guidelines, escalation rules—then test it end-to-end until we’re both confident it hits at least 90 % accuracy on common questions.
• Provide clear documentation and a short hand-off call so I can maintain or extend the bot after launch.
