Custom Interactive Web Form
Project Description
I need a brand-new form component added to my existing web application. The current app is up and running; what’s missing is an intuitive, responsive form that captures user data, performs real-time validation, and fits seamlessly into our design system.
Here’s the scope:
• Build the form UI using modern front-end tech (React or Vue preferred, though I’m open to plain JavaScript if you can keep the code modular).
• Include client-side validation for required fields, format checks, and helpful inline error messages.
• Make the layout responsive so it feels just as smooth on mobile as on desktop.
• Follow accessible-design practices (keyboard navigation, ARIA tags, proper contrast).
• Return clean, well-commented source code plus a short README that explains setup and integration steps.
I’ll handle back-end endpoints myself; you just wire the submit handler to a placeholder so I can plug in the API later. A short loom or gif walkthrough demonstrating the finished component in action will be the final acceptance step. Show More
