Project Description

We need an experienced developer to design, build, and maintain an API layer that connects our internal Oracle 19c database to our modern Angular user interface. This API is crucial for ensuring smooth communication between our database and frontend.

Key Requirements:
- MUST reside in the USA
- MUST be willing to submit and able to obtain a Background Evaluation/Investigation
- Support for data retrieval and manipulation
- Communication in JSON format
- Handling of real-time updates

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Depth in C#/.NET
- Proficiency in Oracle 19c
- Strong expertise in API development
- Experience interfacing with Angular applications
- Knowledge of real-time data processing
