Comprehensive Full-Stack Travel Booking System Creation

I am looking for a Senior Full-Stack Architect to build a centralized "Control Brain" using Laravel and PostgreSQL/PostGIS. This system will manage the business logic, accounting, and geospatial requirements for 10+ separate tour booking frontend sites.

Core Objectives:
Centralized Laravel Brain: A master dashboard to manage bookings, suppliers, and staff commissions across multiple domains from a single source of truth.

PostGIS Geospatial Logic: Build a visual map editor to define custom polygons. The system must automatically detect "Pickup Times" by matching hotel coordinates against these polygons via PostGIS.

WordPress as Frontend: We will use WordPress (WP Travel Engine Pro) strictly as a frontend/marketing layer. All booking data must sync to the Laravel Brain via API/Webhooks.

Master Template Strategy: Develop one "Master" WordPress site and create a workflow to clone/duplicate this setup for 9 other domains while maintaining isolated data for each tenant in the backend.

Automated Accounting: Generate PDF tickets, supplier invoices, and real-time net-profit reports based on automated commission calculations.

Technical Requirements:
Backend: Laravel 10+, PostgreSQL / PostGIS.

Frontend: WordPress (Migration & Speed Optimization).

DevOps: Vultr VPS management, Cloudflare optimization, and WebP asset delivery.

SEO: Ensuring 1:1 URL mapping and Schema.org (TourPackage) implementation during migration.
