I have a WordPress + WooCommerce site that already carries the brand identity yet it is only half-built. My immediate priority is simple: move the project from partial build to fully operational so I can open the doors and start running the site.
Where things stand
• Core pages and WooCommerce are installed.
• An auction plug-in is present and configured configured.
• Checkout flow, payment gateways, shipping rules, email notifications, and front-end polish are incomplete or untested.
What I need from you
1. Finish configuring the auction workflow so each new listing counts down from 72 hours, accepts proxy bids, shows real-time bid history, and closes cleanly with winner notification and automated payment request.
2. Integrate secure payments (Stripe is preferred, PayPal secondary) and be certain the order status updates automatically once payment clears.
3. Refine product-listing templates so new, ex-demo, and pre-loved items can be added quickly with correct taxonomy and thumbnail requirements.
4. Tighten navigation—especially the main menu and category filter layout—so visitors can land on the right club, bag, or accessory in as few clicks as possible.
5. Final pre-launch checklist: mobile responsiveness, speed optimisation (caching & image compression), transactional email styling, GDPR/compliance pages, and a sandbox-to-live migration plan.
Acceptance criteria
• A user can register, place bids from desktop or mobile, receive live bid updates, pay instantly at auction close, and see the order in their account dashboard.
• I can add or bulk-import products without touching code, set reserve prices if needed, and schedule auctions in advance.
• GTmetrix score “B” or better on the live server.
• Site moved from staging to production with zero broken links.
If you’ve built or repaired WooCommerce auction sites before and can drive this project through to launch.
I believe we are between 50 to 90 hours of work from completion.
