Android Utility App Developer Needed

Project Description

I have a concept for a standalone utility app that will run exclusively on Android, and I need a full-stack developer who can take it from idea to Play-Store-ready release. The job covers everything: designing the front-end interface users will interact with, building the back-end services the app calls on, and wiring the two together so the experience feels fast, stable, and intuitive.

Because it is a utility tool, the core feature set is compact but performance-critical. I need clean, maintainable code (Kotlin or Java on the client is fine; the server side can be Node, Python, Go—whatever you’re most productive in as long as it is well-documented). You’ll set up the database, create any required APIs, implement basic analytics, and prepare a simple admin panel for configuration and log viewing.

Deliverables:
• Fully functional Android APK with source code
• Back-end source (with README explaining setup)
• Brief technical documentation covering architecture, build steps, and deployment
• One post-launch support window to fix critical bugs discovered within the first two weeks

Successful completion means I can install the APK on a fresh device, spin up the back-end from your instructions, and have every advertised feature work without extra tweaks. If this sounds like a fit, let’s talk timelines and milestones. Show More
