SAP Hybris commerce cloud CX Developer
Key Responsibilities
Support and enhance SAP SD, SAP Sales Cloud, SAP Commerce Cloud, CPQ, and SAP Analytics Cloud solutions.
Collaborate with Sales & Marketing teams to optimize CRM and sales processes.
Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and maintenance for SAP Sales & CRM platforms.
Participate in SAP upgrades, transformation initiatives, and system improvement projects.
Work with internal IT teams and third-party vendors to deliver scalable technical solutions.
Analyze business and system data to recommend process and system improvements.
Required Skills
Strong experience with SAP Commerce Cloud and SAP C4C
Functional and technical understanding of SAP SD and SAP CX suite
Knowledge of SAP Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Customer Data Platform
Experience in e-commerce optimization, personalization, and order management
Understanding of customer analytics, campaign automation, and CRM processes
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Expertise
SAP CPQ and SAP Analytics Cloud exposure
Knowledge of GDPR and customer data privacy regulations
Experience with omnichannel customer engagement and digital commerce solutions Show More
