Android and iOS mobile app developer needed. -- 2

I already have the entire content strategy mapped out and polished UI/UX screens supplied as responsive HTML files. Now I need someone to transform those assets into a production-ready mobile application that runs smoothly on both iOS and Android.

Scope
• Translate the provided HTML designs into native or cross-platform code, preserving the “bite-sized, scrollable card” experience users will swipe through for various learning topics.
• Build and wire up the complete backend: REST or GraphQL API layer, business logic, and database. I’m open to the stack you feel most comfortable owning—just make sure it’s scalable, smooth and maintainable.
• Implement secure Email/Password login; the architecture should leave room for social
• Stand up the cloud infrastructure, automated deployment pipeline, and analytics hooks so I can monitor usage and push updates without downtime.

Deliverables
1. iOS and Android build files (App Store / Play Store–ready)
2. Source code for mobile apps, backend, and database schema in a private repo
3. Infrastructure-as-code or reproducible deployment steps
4. Admin or content management endpoint for uploading new cards and tracking engagement
5. Technical documentation and a short hand-off walkthrough

Acceptance criteria
• Designs match the supplied HTML spec pixel-perfect across common devices.
• Scrolling between cards is fluid at 60 fps.
• New user sign-up with Email/Password, email verification, and password reset work end-to-end.
• App passes App Store & Play Store review guidelines.
