Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled Python Developer with ERPNext / Frappe experience to join our development team. The ideal candidate should have strong backend development skills, hands-on ERPNext customization experience, and expertise in developing scalable REST APIs and enterprise applications.

The candidate will be responsible for ERPNext module customization, backend API development, dashboard creation, database optimization, and third-party integrations.

Key Responsibilities
Customize ERPNext modules based on business requirements
Develop and maintain custom applications using the Frappe Framework
Create and manage DocTypes, workflows, custom fields, and permissions
Write client-side scripts using JavaScript/jQuery and server-side scripts using Python
Develop scalable REST APIs using Django, Flask, or FastAPI
Integrate ERPNext with third-party systems using REST APIs
Develop reports, dashboards, print formats, and analytics modules
Troubleshoot and resolve application and server issues
Optimize database queries and improve application performance
Handle high-volume API requests and concurrent user traffic
Deploy and maintain applications on Linux servers
Work with Docker-based deployment environments
Collaborate with frontend and backend teams for project delivery
Maintain proper documentation, Git version control, and coding standards
Required Skills
Python Development
Strong knowledge of Python programming
Experience with Django / Flask / FastAPI
Good understanding of REST API development
Experience with MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB
Knowledge of multithreading and performance optimization
Experience handling scalable and concurrent systems
ERPNext / Frappe
Understanding of Frappe Framework / ERPNext
Experience customizing ERPNext modules
Knowledge of ERP workflows (Sales, Purchase, Inventory, HR, Accounts)
Experience creating custom DocTypes, workflows, reports, and dashboards
Frontend & UI
Knowledge of JavaScript / jQuery
Familiarity with HTML, CSS, Bootstrap
Experience with React.js / Next.js is a plus
DevOps & Tools
Familiarity with Git (GitLab/GitHub)
Basic knowledge of Linux environment
Knowledge of Docker and containerized deployments
Understanding of AWS / Azure cloud platforms
Preferred Experience
Designed and maintained scalable REST APIs using Django and Flask
Experience in insurance, ERP, CRM, or enterprise-level applications
Improved PDF generation performance using multithreading
Optimized database queries for high-concurrency traffic handling
Experience handling peak concurrent user loads and API reliability
Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation
Qualification
B.Tech / MCA / BCA / M.Tech or relevant degree
