Modern Informational Website & Content

I need a clean, modern-minimalist informational website built from the ground up, complete with fresh written content. The site will feature two key content types: evergreen static pages (such as Home, About, Services and Contact) and an easy-to-update blog for ongoing articles.

The build should reflect a sleek, clutter-free aesthetic—plenty of white space, intuitive navigation, and fast loading times on both desktop and mobile. Whether you prefer WordPress, Webflow or another lightweight CMS, the final platform must let me add future posts and edit page copy without touching code.

Deliverables
• Fully functional responsive website following modern-minimalist design principles
• Four to six polished static pages, professionally written and laid out
• Initial batch of SEO-friendly blog posts (topic guidance provided after kickoff)
• Simple CMS setup with clear instructions so I can publish new articles myself

Acceptance criteria

• Content is original, proofread, and aligned with brand voice
