Lab Pathology Reporting Software / Medical inventory

I need a custom software application that streamlines pathology reporting for our team of lab technicians. The system must simplify daily workflows while ensuring accuracy, traceability, and actionable insights.

Core requirements
• Pathology reporting is the heart of the platform, so test results must flow from instrument import to final report with minimal manual entry.
• Automated test result generation should compile data, apply reference ranges, and format printable/PDF reports in one click.
• Sample tracking must follow every specimen from collection through disposal, using barcodes or an equally reliable method to avoid mix-ups.
• Data analytics will turn accumulated results into dashboards and exportable datasets that help us monitor turn-around time, workload, and quality metrics.

Technical notes
I’m open to your preferred tech stack, provided it supports secure multi-user access, role-based permissions, and can run on standard Windows workstations on our local network. Integrations with common hematology and biochemistry analyzers are a plus; HL7 compatibility is ideal.
