Dual-Platform Car Tax App

I want to take the core workflow that already exists on my website—car-tax look-up, payment and receipt delivery—and turn it into a polished mobile experience on both iOS and Android.

Here’s the flow I need built:

Users create an account with nothing more than their email and a password. Once inside, they can add a vehicle registration number, see the live tax price we pull back, and pay straight from the app using credit/debit cards, Apple Pay or Google Pay. Every completed transaction should drop into a personal “Orders” tab so they always have their history on hand.

From the admin side I need the flexibility to:

• Upload a PDF receipt to any order; that upload must trigger a push notification and an email so the customer knows their document is ready.
• Adjust the tax fee after an order is placed (prices move occasionally) and have the revised amount reflect in the order with an instant push + email alert for increased payment before order complete
• Set different service fees according to customer tier.
• Run a referral scheme where every ten paid orders by a referred user automatically credits the referrer with one free order.

Key deliverables for you:

• Native or cross-platform mobile apps for iOS and Android that mirror the above flow.
• Secure payment integration for cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay, with tokenised card storage.
• A lightweight admin console (web or in-app) to handle price edits, receipt uploads and tier/ referral management.
• Push and email notification services wired to the critical events outlined.
• Clean, well-documented code and deployment support to the App Store and Google Play.
