Project Description
We’re looking for an experienced Unity or Unreal Engine developer/team to build a VR-based hospitality training experience for Meta Quest 2 and Meta Quest 3.
Project Scope
You’ll be responsible for developing interactive training simulations across 6 pre-built environments. The environments are already completed — the focus is on bringing them to life through interactions and immersive VR experiences.
Responsibilities include:
Developing interactive training workflows and simulation logic
Implementing animations and interaction systems
Designing and integrating VR UI/UX
Creating supporting assets required for interactions
Meta Quest controller integration and VR optimization
Testing, performance tuning, and bug fixing
Delivering a deployment-ready Quest build along with the source project
