Jotform School Exam App

I have to launch a fully white-labelled mobile app for school exams and I’m building it on top of Jotform. The same codebase must publish cleanly to both iOS and Android stores and carry our own branding—no trace of Jotform on the front end.

Core exam formats to support are multiple-choice, short-answer, and true/false. Each form will sit inside a customised workflow that starts with student login and ends with instant results sent to parents and teachers. To make that happen the app must include:

• Custom grading system that scores every question type and pushes the totals into Jotform Tables or an external sheet
• Automated notifications—email and ideally push—triggered on submission, grading, and weekly summaries
• Tailored workflows so submissions flow through moderation, grading, and feedback without manual intervention
• Live leaderboards visible only to authorised users (privacy settings respected)

All logic, data storage, and API calls should remain inside the Jotform ecosystem wherever possible so future teachers can maintain it without code. Any wrapper or cross-platform framework you choose is fine as long as it passes App Store and Play Store review and lets me update forms later from my Jotform account.

Deliverables at hand-off:
1. Source project or build pipeline that produces signed iOS (.ipa) and Android (.aab) packages under my bundle IDs
2. Documentation (video or PDF) showing how to add a new exam form, adjust the grading rules, and publish an update
3. One live test deployment using TestFlight and Google Play Internal Testing

Time is critical; an initial working build within two weeks is ideal, with final polishing right after. Only freelancers already certified or verifiably experienced with Jotform integrations will be considered. Show More
