Scrollable Web Productivity Canvas

I’m looking to turn my idea of a “digital diary meets planning board” into a working web app. Picture a 360-degree scrollable canvas laid out in vertical day columns; on any spot in the grid I can drop a box, jot progress notes or a future task, and then simply drag that box to another date whenever plans change—very much like Whimsical’s free-form flow, but tailored for daily life and work tracking.

Core scope
• Web-only MVP: desktop and mobile-responsive.
• Google-based Single Sign-On for a frictionless login; no other auth methods needed for now.
• Canvas interactions: create, resize, edit, colour-tag and drag boxes fluidly across days with snapping and smooth animation.
• Infinite horizontal scroll so weeks and months can be panned through without page loads.
• Autosave to persist every change instantly, plus a basic history/undo.
• Simple dashboard or sidebar to filter by tag, search text, and jump to “today”.

Tech you choose is up to you, but modern front-end (React, Vue or similar) and a lightweight backend (Node/Express, Firebase, etc.) that plays nicely with Google OAuth will keep things fast.

Deliverables
1. Deployed web app URL and source repo.
2. Clear setup/readme and environment variables for Google SSO.
3. Short Loom or written walkthrough showing key flows: sign-in, create box, move box, scroll, and autosave working.

Once the MVP feels smooth, I’d love to iterate on extras like sharing, reminders or an iOS/Android wrapper—but for this engagement, the focus is the interactive canvas, Google SSO, and solid data persistence.
