GoHighLevel Architect Needed – Build Agency Platform, Migrate from GlassHive & Automate Content Distribution
Overview

We are a marketing agency serving the IT industry and are seeking an experienced GoHighLevel architect or team to help us migrate from GlassHive to GoHighLevel.

This is NOT a basic GoHighLevel setup project.

We are looking for a partner who can architect, build, test, and migrate an entire agency platform that supports approximately 21 active client accounts and serves as the foundation for our future growth.

Our goal is not simply to recreate what we have in GlassHive. We want to improve scalability, automation, content distribution, and operational efficiency.

We currently manage:

21 active marketing clients
CRM and lead management
Marketing automation
Landing pages
Forms
Downloadable resources
Email campaigns
Multi-step nurture journeys
Client retention campaigns
Reporting dashboards

Most of our content is created once and branded for multiple clients.

Our current platform includes hundreds of assets that will need to be rebuilt, migrated, or recreated within GoHighLevel.

Primary Objectives
1. Build a Scalable Agency Platform

Create a GoHighLevel environment that allows us to:

Easily onboard new clients
Deploy marketing campaigns efficiently
Maintain consistent branding
Scale without excessive manual work
Manage multiple client accounts from a centralized system
2. Recreate and Improve Autobranding

Our current platform allows us to create content once and apply client branding before publishing.

We are seeking a solution that allows us to:

Build assets once
Apply client branding dynamically
Minimize manual editing
Reduce repetitive tasks

Pilot Migration

Before migrating all clients, we will use one MSP client account as a pilot project.

The pilot migration should include:

Email campaigns
Reporting
Website publishing workflows

The pilot must be fully tested and approved before additional client migrations begin.
