Full-Stack Dev for Insurance AI enabled App

Project Description

We are looking for an experienced full-stack developer or small product team to help turn an existing live prototype into a production-ready MVP. The product is a mobile-first web app that allows users to securely upload insurance documents, forward insurance emails into a personal document vault, automatically extract key policy details using Claude as the AI backend, and ask plain-English questions about their uploaded documents. The MVP will need user authentication, secure document storage, email-to-vault ingestion, document processing/OCR where required, simple policy summary cards, an AI chat experience with source-linked answers, a downloadable or shareable summary brief, a basic expert handover flow, and a lightweight admin dashboard. We are looking for someone who can review the current prototype, recommend the best technical architecture, build out any missing Figma screens, and provide a phased cost and timeline to deliver a secure MVP ready for controlled real-user testing.
