Upgrade OpenClaw for AI-Driven Business Operations

Project Description

I have already installed and partially configured OpenClaw and am now looking for an experienced AI systems specialist to help turn it into a fully functioning business operating system for my commercial construction company, Elevation Built.

The objective is to integrate OpenClaw and Claude Code into a single ecosystem that acts as an AI executive team, supporting day-to-day operations, decision-making, planning, administration, estimating, project delivery and business growth.

The system should include specialised agents such as an Executive Assistant, CFO, COO, Estimator, Project Manager and Site Supervisor, all operating from a shared knowledge base and memory system. A major focus is improving consistency, memory, reliability and agent-to-agent communication, as these are currently the biggest limitations of the existing setup.

I want the system structured similarly to the AI business operating model promoted by Simon Beard, where AI is embedded into the management structure of the business rather than simply being used as a chatbot.

The successful consultant will review the current setup, identify weaknesses, recommend improvements, implement best-practice architecture, configure integrations where appropriate, and provide documentation and guidance for ongoing use.

The end result should be a scalable AI-powered business operating system capable of supporting the growth of Elevation Built while reducing administrative burden, improving decision-making, and increasing operational efficiency. Show More
