Comprehensive Website Review & Development Partnership

Hello,

We would like a full review of our website, PetsPulse.nl, and we are looking for a long-term development partner.

Please review the website and provide a detailed report including:

• Technical issues, bugs, and weak points
• Design and user experience improvements
• SEO analysis and recommendations
• Security and performance improvements
• Mobile responsiveness review
• Recommendations for future scalability and growth

For each issue, please specify:

• What is not working well and why
• How you would fix it
• The estimated cost to fix it

Our current priorities are:

1. Payment gateway integration
2. Ongoing website support and maintenance
3. Online shop section (currently marked as “Coming Soon”)
4. Dutch language implementation
5. Payment functionality for selected services and links
6. Management Dashboard / Admin Panel

The Management Dashboard should allow the PetsPulse team to:

• Monitor website visitors and traffic
• View user registrations and activity
• Track which pages visitors view
• Monitor customer behavior on the website
• Manage orders and purchases
• View payment status and payment history
• Monitor sales and revenue statistics
• Manage website content
• Generate reports when needed
• Support future AI integrations and business growth

Please also provide separate quotations for:

• Building a complete online shop
• Payment gateway integration
• Dutch language implementation
• Management Dashboard / Admin Panel
• SEO services (monthly pricing)
• Technical support and maintenance
• A one-year support agreement including bug fixes, updates, content changes, and minor improvements

We are looking for a long-term partnership and may require additional services in the future, including:

• AI-powered features and integrations
• Customer dashboard and account management
• Additional modules and functionality
• Expansion of services and business tools

We would also like a quotation for the development of the PetsPulse mobile application ecosystem, including:

• iOS application and publication on the Apple App Store
• Android application and publication on the Google Play Store
• Synchronization of user accounts between the website and mobile applications
• Integration with the online shop and payment system
• Integration with future PetsPulse AI services
• Push notifications
• User and pet profiles
• Scalable architecture for future development and new features

• Relevant references and previous projects
• Estimated timeline for each phase
• Detailed pricing for each service

At this stage, our main focus is:

• Payment gateway integration
• Website support and maintenance
• Online shop development

We would also like to know what additional improvements and services you would recommend for the future growth of PetsPulse.

If small features, content updates, minor improvements, or small changes are requested during the support period, we would prefer these to be included within the maintenance agreement whenever reasonably possible and not charged as separate projects.
