English AI Voice Support Agent

Project Description

I’m looking to deploy a phone-based AI voice agent that can take over first-line, English-language customer service for my business. The goal is simple: when someone calls with a general question, the agent should answer naturally, fetch the right information from our FAQ or order-tracking API, and either resolve the issue or pass the call to a human if it reaches a dead end.

The solution has to run in real time, so low-latency speech-to-text and text-to-speech are critical. I’m comfortable if you build on Twilio Voice, Dialogflow CX, Amazon Lex, or a comparable stack—as long as the final experience feels human and the conversation logs are easy to review. Everything must be cloud-hosted and ready for me to plug into my current CRM; REST webhooks are already available for order status, returns, and ticket creation.

While the first release only needs to understand English, I’d like the architecture to leave room for adding Spanish or French later without a full rewrite.

Acceptance criteria
• Caller greeted, intent detected, and response delivered within two seconds
• At least 90 % of common inquiries resolved without human transfer (based on my historical call data)
• Seamless hand-off to live agent with call context pushed to the CRM
• Dashboard showing daily call volume, resolution rate, and unresolved topics
• Full source, deployment scripts, and a short video demo showing the agent in action
