Mandatory Technical Standards:
Immutability: Implement an immutable double-entry ledger to ensure 100% financial transparency and prevent any fund discrepancies.
Offline-First & Robustness: The system must be built for extreme reliability in low-network conditions. It must handle offline (BLE) transactions with atomic synchronization to prevent any "double-spend" or data loss.
Security: Implement biometric authentication linked to the device’s hardware-level security (TEE). Integrate automated fraud detection to flag or block suspicious behavioral patterns.
