We are looking for an elite, high-level mobile developer to build the Phase 1 MVP of PJ MONEY, a next-generation fintech ecosystem designed to transform financial inclusion. This is a long-term contract. PJ MONEY is the first milestone of a global 4-Phase ecosystem including an Advanced Marketplace (Phase 2), Urban Logistics Grid with background wake-locks (Phase 3), and Micro-investments. Key Architecture Requirements for Phase 1 MVP:

Low-latency backend using MQTT binary protocol over HTTP polling for 2G network optimization.

Native multi-currency engine (XAF, EUR, USD, CNY) with an administrative live rate-lock override.

Tri-modal withdrawal gateways prioritizing hardware Fingerprint integration and Acoustic Voiceprint validation.

Offline peer-to-peer transaction protocol utilizing Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) for non-network zones.

High-security anti-fraud system: selective screenshot blocking, 24-hour hardware quarantine mode upon device migration, and real-time name resolution.

Multi-tier wallet division: isolated transactional, locked savings vaults, and fractional micro-investment ledger accounts.

We provide clean capital and strict infrastructure deployment conditions. Daily pushes to our private GitHub repository and deployment on our dedicated Cloud VPS are mandatory. A strict 12-month technical warranty is contractually required.
