Integrate Mobile Physio App with IONOS Website

Freelance Project: Implementation of Mobile Physiotherapy Workflow App into Existing IONOS Website/Hosting Structure

We are looking for an experienced web developer/full-stack freelancer to implement an existing HTML-based workflow prototype into our current IONOS website/hosting structure.

The prototype already exists as an HTML/CSS/JavaScript demo and will be provided as the visual and functional basis. The current demo is frontend-only and stores demo data locally in the browser. The goal of this project is to turn the prototype into a working web application with a real backend database, user roles, persistent data storage, and secure data handling.

Project Background

The application is intended for a mobile physiotherapy business focused on private/self-pay patients. The system should support internal administration, patient management, employee/therapist management, appointment tracking, treatment documentation, prescription tracking, signatures, and invoice preparation.

Admin dashboard
Employee/therapist area
Patient records
Patient file with internal notes and treatment information
Multiple prescriptions per patient
Prescription status tracking
Appointment management
Daily appointment overview
Treatment completion and signature status
Billing/invoice proposal overview
Employee/monthly overview
Staff admin area



The goal is to create a secure and usable internal workflow platform for a mobile physiotherapy service, allowing the business to manage patients, prescriptions, appointments, employees, treatment status, and billing preparation in one place. Show More
