Scrolling Web Page Development

I have an existing file name in mind—scrolling-web.html—and I want it to open with a single, polished Home section that feels dynamic as you move through it. The anchor #features will sit inside that Home area, so when a visitor clicks a link or lands directly on /scrolling-web.html#features the viewport scrolls smoothly to the feature list instead of jumping.

I’m still deciding between parallax, infinite, or a subtler smooth-scroll approach, so please be ready to demo or suggest the technique that best balances visual appeal with performance.
