Add facility white label system to existing Next.js + Vercel + Postgres app — ? hours

I have a working Next.js web app deployed on Vercel with Vercel Postgres and Stripe. The app is a live AI wizard for senior citizens with a working admin portal. The app is live and generating revenue. I do not need a rewrite — I need one new feature section added to the existing app.
Do not modify or replace any existing features. The existing sponsor system, city manager, billing page, categories, and admin portal must continue working without interruption throughout and after this build.

WHAT NEEDS TO BE BUILT — 6 ITEMS:

Two new database tables added to existing Vercel Postgres. SQL provided in spec. ? hours.
Three new API routes for facility management including a Model 3 exclusive sponsor block. ? hours.
Subdomain routing middleware so each facility gets their own branded wizard URL such as rosehaven.ai4seniors.info. ? hours.
Small changes to two existing files — approximately 20 lines in wizard.js and 10 lines in sponsor.js. ? hours.
New Facilities section added to the existing admin portal top nav bar. Three new pages: facility list, add facility form with auto-pricing logic, and facility detail page with four tabs. Must match existing dark admin theme exactly. ? hours.
Two facility metric cards added to existing dashboard. Stripe facility subscription products created via one-time script. ? hours.

TECHNOLOGY STACK — MUST KNOW ALL OF THESE:
Next.js Pages router, Vercel hosting, Vercel Postgres, Stripe API subscriptions and products, React hooks, Node.js API routes, wildcard subdomain routing, DNS configuration, GoDaddy DNS management.
