Quantum Hardware Benchmarking Platform

I'm a solo founder building a B2B intelligence platform in the quantum technology space. The platform is live in preview, built on Cloudflare (D1, R2, Workers) with a React frontend, Clerk for auth, and GitHub for CI/CD.
The platform is a vendor-neutral benchmarking and procurement intelligence tool for a specialized hardware market. It indexes devices from 20+ vendors across a structured device catalog, scores them against a proprietary multi-pillar evaluation framework, and presents that data to buyers, procurement teams, and investors making high-stakes purchasing decisions. Think Gartner Magic Quadrant meets a technical spec database — but independent, data-driven, and built for a market that has nothing like it today.

The data model is the core of the product: a deep device catalog (~40 devices, 100+ fields per device), a scoring engine with weighted pillars and sub-metrics, and tiered validation levels that reflect how rigorously each device has been tested. The frontend needs to surface all of this in a way that's immediately legible to a non-technical buyer.

What's built: the data layer, scoring methodology, device profiles, and a working frontend skeleton. What's missing: the polished UI, full device comparison flows, gated access tiers, and the workflows that turn raw data into a product someone pays for.
Strong frontend and design skills are essential. This is a data-heavy platform where clarity, hierarchy, and visual polish directly affect how buyers and decision-makers perceive the product. You need to be able to translate complex technical data into clean, professional UI — not just make things functional.

I need a technical lead who can own development end-to-end and drive execution with minimal supervision — fixed-price milestones, not hourly. Not a fit if you need daily check-ins, want to migrate to AWS, or prefer T&M billing.
