I need clear, friendly replies prepared for the live-chat feature on my website. The goal is to give visitors fast answers that feel human and helpful, reducing bounce-rates and encouraging conversions.

Here’s what matters most:
• All responses must display instantly on the website chat widget, flowing naturally from greeting to solution.
• Tone must stay warm, concise, and consistent with our brand voice.
• The response set should cover common pre-sales and basic support questions, with guidance on how I can expand it later.

I’m open to the format that works best—fully automated, template driven, or fully manual scripts—so long as the final result fits smoothly into the site’s existing chat tool.

Deliverables
1. Complete library of Q&A pairs in UTF-8 text or CSV.
2. Clear instructions (or snippet) for connecting the responses to my current web-chat plugin.
