Fixed retainer + bonus

Bonus:
1/ When you get us 100 High quality SQLs a month consistently for more than 6months and beyond, Rs 30k lumpsum, and Rs 10k/mo henceforth.
High quality means: conversion we see should be 25% first month, and 40% by month 6.
Velocity enhancement by 10% month on month on SQLs and conversions.

It might happen, you might take 3 to 4months to get started your work delivering ROI and then onwards if this continues for next 6months, this counts to Rs 90k-100k for first year, and Rs 120k for second year.


2/ When your work deliver us Revenue
From 100 SQLs a month starting by Month 4 for example.
