The desktop version must follow the reference video and tech spec, featuring a 3-layer parallax effect, GSAP ScrollTrigger, orbital CSS animations, a Hadrian Coin CTA with fuchsia fill, and 60 FPS GPU-accelerated transforms. In parallel, you'll create the mobile version from scratch, adapting the same technical approach but implementing gyroscope-based interactions instead of mouse tracking and ensuring the motion language is touch-friendly. The budget for this project is $2,000, and we expect the desktop version in 12 days and mobile in 20 days. The design aesthetic combines Roman sculpture, aggressive fuchsia (#FF007F), digital noise, horizontal scroll, and brutalist headers for a high-concept, high-motion result.
