Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Integration Engineer to design, develop, and support scalable integrations between SaaS platforms and external systems. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in C#, .NET, REST APIs, webhooks, and enterprise integration patterns.

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain integrations using C# and .NET.
Build and support REST APIs, webhooks, and asynchronous messaging solutions.
Translate business and partner requirements into technical designs and integration specifications.
Implement end-to-end integration workflows including authentication, data transformation, error handling, logging, and monitoring.
Integrate with third-party platforms (POS, loyalty, ticketing, and related systems) to ensure reliable data exchange.
Troubleshoot integration issues and maintain technical documentation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.
Required Skills
5+ years of experience in enterprise or B2B SaaS integrations.
Strong proficiency in C# and .NET.
Hands-on experience with REST APIs, webhooks, and integration services.
Exposure to asynchronous messaging, queues, or pub/sub architectures.
Ability to gather requirements and create technical integration specifications.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience with Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira and Salesforce.
Nice to Have
Experience in sports, entertainment, or venue technology domains.
Knowledge of ticketing, concessions, loyalty, or access control systems.
Exposure to mobile POS solutions or Android-based hardware environments. Show More
