Laravel POS Bakery - Auto Deduct Ingredients via BOM Recipe & Expired Date Alert

I'm looking for a skilled Laravel developer to create a web-based Point of Sale (POS) system for my bakery business. The app must run on desktop/laptop for cashier use.

*MANDATORY FEATURES - NO COMPROMISE:*
1. *BOM Recipe / Ingredients Auto-Deduction*: When selling 1x "Chocolate Bread", system MUST auto deduct from raw material stock. Example: Flour -200gr, Sugar -50gr, Butter -30gr. Must be able to set recipe for each product.
2. *Batch & Expired Date Management*: Every production batch of bread must have Production Date & Expiry Date input. System must give H-1 alert for products nearing expiry to be discounted.
3. *Two-Layer Inventory*: Manage both Raw Material Stock AND Finished Goods Stock. Stock levels must be synchronized.
4. *Fast Cashier Interface*: Touchscreen friendly, barcode scanner support, discounts, tax, direct thermal printer 58mm WITHOUT browser print dialog.
5. *Owner Reports*: Daily Net Profit, COGS/HPP per product, Best Selling Products, Low Stock Raw Material alerts.
6. *Multi-User Roles*: Owner, Admin, Cashier with different access levels.

*Tech Requirement*: PHP Laravel 10+, MySQL. Clean & simple UI for cashier staff.

*BID REQUIREMENTS:*
1. *YOU MUST include a live demo link of a POS system you built for F&B/Bakery.* Proposals without demo link will be ignored.
2. *Answer this in your proposal*: "If flour stock is only 1kg, but cashier tries to sell 10 breads that need 2kg flour, what will your system do?"
3. *100% Source code ownership* will be transferred to me upon full payment.
4. *Project will be done in 4 Milestones*. No 100% upfront payment.

*Low bids under $700 without relevant POS Bakery portfolio will be ignored.*

*Note*: This is phase 1. Integration with accounting software is NOT required in this phase.
