Custom Automated Bulk Purchase Platform

Project Description

We are looking to develop a custom enterprise-grade web application for automating and managing large-scale Flipkart purchasing operations. The platform will serve as a centralized system for product sourcing, bulk order execution, payment management, account management, inventory tracking, invoice processing, analytics, and reporting.

The system should provide secure multi-user access with role-based permissions and real-time dashboards for monitoring orders, accounts, cards, vouchers, rewards, spending, inventory, and operational performance. Users should be able to search and monitor products, track price changes and availability, configure purchase rules, manage multiple delivery addresses, and execute high-volume orders through an automated order processing engine.

The platform must support bulk order handling, intelligent order splitting, queue-based processing, automated retries, account rotation, and rule-based order allocation to maximize operational efficiency. It should also support management of multiple platform accounts, domain-based IDs, virtual cards, physical cards, and corporate cards, including balance tracking, card allocation, activation/deactivation, and transaction monitoring.

A comprehensive order management system should provide end-to-end visibility into the purchasing lifecycle, including order creation, processing, fulfillment status, cancellations, failures, returns, and reorder management. The solution should maintain complete audit trails and activity logs for compliance, security, and operational transparency.

The application should include advanced reporting capabilities covering purchases, spending, GST, card utilization, cashback, vouchers, rewards, vendor performance, inventory movement, order success rates, and financial reconciliation. Users should be able to export reports, download invoices in bulk, and access historical purchase and transaction data.

Additional requirements include inventory synchronization, product history management, notification and alert systems, account health monitoring, session management, automated reward and voucher optimization, and centralized management of operational data. The platform should be scalable, secure, cloud-ready, and capable of supporting high transaction volumes while maintaining reliability and performance.

The project also includes development of a dedicated Android mobile application for OTP management. The mobile app should support secure user authentication, device registration, SIM-based OTP retrieval, real-time synchronization with the web platform, OTP history tracking, device authentication, and support for multiple SIMs and devices.

We are seeking a development partner with strong experience in enterprise automation systems, e-commerce platforms, workflow automation, payment integrations, web application development, mobile application development, API integrations, cloud infrastructure, security, analytics, and scalable architecture design.
