I need a cloud-based system that automatically captures SaaS usage data, stores it securely, and turns it into clear, actionable insights. The core feature I’m after is a robust analytics and reporting layer focused on user behavior analytics and performance metrics. I do not need subscription handling or user-management modules right now—everything can stay laser-focused on data collection, processing, and visualisation.
Here’s what I’m expecting:
• A lightweight data ingestion pipeline able to pull raw SaaS activity in near-real time.
• An AI-driven analytics engine that surfaces patterns in user behaviour and key performance indicators.
• A web dashboard where I can query results, slice by custom dimensions, and export reports in common formats (CSV, PDF).
