- Cancellation Advance Hold Split: A customer cancellation post 5-minute lock will NOT forfeit the total 30% deposit. System deducts only a predetermined Fixed Cancellation Fee from that 30% hold, instantly returning the remaining advance balance to the consumer.
- The 20:10 Structural Fee Split: Collected Fixed Cancellation Fees are routed autonomously by backend scripts: 20% disbursed instantly to the affected Partner's Earning Wallet as a distress fee, and 10% routed directly to the Platform Core Welfare Fund/Admin ledger for group insurance.
