Custom Operations Platform Development Phase 1
Project Description
Looking for a Senior Full-Stack Developer or Development Team to build Phase 1 of a custom operations platform for a produce distribution company.
The system will manage the workflow from WhatsApp order intake through packing, delivery, proof of delivery, and QuickBooks synchronization.
Phase 1 includes:
WhatsApp Business API integration
AI-assisted order parsing
Customer management
Order management and approval workflow
Warehouse packing workflow
Driver mobile app (iPhone & Android PWA)
GPS tracking
Digital signatures
Delivery photos
Bluetooth receipt printing
QuickBooks Online integration
Dashboard and reporting
User roles and permissions
Offline mode for drivers
Audit logs

Requirements:
Proven experience with logistics, delivery management, ERP, or operations systems
Experience with QuickBooks Online API
Experience building mobile-friendly web applications (PWA)
Ability to provide architecture proposal, timeline, milestones, and fixed-price estimate
