I am looking for a web designer/developer to create a simple, elegant, and lightweight corporate website for our engineering consultancy company.
The website must be fast, responsive, and professional, with a clean minimalist design that works perfectly on desktop, tablet, and mobile.

The site should be easy to maintain without coding, preferably using a lightweight CMS or WordPress theme. Performance is important, with optimized images, clean code, basic SEO, and good PageSpeed results.
I will provide the final text, images, logo, and reference links after shortlisting.
Deliverables shall include:
Full ownership of the website source code
Full administrative access to the website and hosting environment
Use of a lightweight and high-performance theme (preferably Astra, Kadence, or GeneratePress)
A 30-minute handover and training session on website administration and content updates
Please include in your proposal:
3 to 5 relevant portfolio links
Estimated timeframe from kickoff to launch
Fixed price or clear cost breakdown
