Project: Swedish Weight Loss Patient Portal & Admin System

We are looking for an experienced web developer to build a secure patient enquiry and management system for a Swedish weight loss clinic.

Customer Journey

New Customers:

* Complete a weight loss eligibility questionnaire in Swedish.
* Answer a series of health and screening questions.
* If eligible, proceed to provide:
* Email address
* Phone number
* Swedish BankID verification
* Personal identity/social security number via BankID
* Make payment through the Swish payment gateway.
* Submit their enquiry, which is then stored in a database.

Existing Customers:

* Sign in using Swedish BankID.
* Update:
* Current weight
* Any side effects
* Current medication dosage
* Additional comments or concerns
* Submit follow-up information for prescription renewal review.

Admin Portal Requirements

* Secure admin dashboard.
* View and manage all patient enquiries.
* Change enquiry status (e.g. New, Contacted, Approved, Rejected, Prescription Sent, Completed).
* View full patient history and follow-up submissions.
* Internal notes functionality.
* Search and filter enquiries.
* Role-based permissions:
* Administrators
* Managers
* Staff
* Only authorised roles should be able to delete enquiries.

Notifications & Integrations

Required integrations:

* Swedish BankID authentication and identification.
* Swish payment gateway.
* Email API integration (e.g. SendGrid, Mailgun, AWS SES, etc.).

Email functionality:

* Confirmation emails after submission.
* Ability for admins to trigger emails such as:
* Prescription ready for pickup.
* Request for additional information.
* Approval/rejection notifications.

Technical Requirements

* Secure database storage.
* GDPR-compliant handling of personal and medical data.
* Mobile-responsive design.
* Audit logging of key admin actions.
* Secure authentication and authorisation.
* Clean and maintainable codebase.
