Full-Stack Upgrade for Hiring SaaS
Project Description
DearHiringManager.io is a SaaS tool that finds the real hiring manager behind any job posting — paste a URL, get back a name, work email, and LinkedIn profile.
The product is live and growing, and I want a developer who can jump straight into production code, ship quickly, and shape the roadmap along the way. Two areas need your immediate attention:
Enhanced user interface – starting with a cleaner, more insightful user dashboard and a streamlined job-post analysis page. You'll have plenty of creative freedom as long as the result feels fast and polished on both desktop and mobile.
Advanced data-processing algorithms – chiefly improving the accuracy of hiring-manager identification and tightening our LinkedIn profile matching. The current logic works, but we know it can be smarter and faster.
You'll work end-to-end: sketching ideas, pushing to production, monitoring impact, then iterating. Expect direct access to product metrics, quick feedback from real users, and autonomy to choose libraries or frameworks that make sense for the stack we'll discuss on our first call.
