I’m putting together a green-field, multi-interface fintech platform and need a team that can own the build from backend foundations to polished user experiences.
Scope in a nutshell
• Five user-facing touch-points
– Borrower mobile app (iOS / Android)
– Lender mobile app (iOS / Android)
– Admin web dashboard
– Third-party partner web dashboard
– Field-agent Android app
Each surface will cater to Customers, Admins, Field Agents, and selected Third-Party Partners as appropriate.
Core capabilities we must deliver
• Unified backend API with role-based permissions and a complete audit trail on every call.
• Real-time credit-scoring engine that ingests payment data and instantly updates borrower profiles.
• Notification service that cascades messages via push, WhatsApp, then SMS when earlier channels fail.
• Secure document management (upload, store, retrieve) with granular access control.
• Digital contract workflow supporting dual-party signing and immutable long-term storage.
• OTP flow for identity consent.
• On-platform credit wallet for users.
• Institutional reporting portal for outside data contributors.
• Public API layer designed for future government / institutional integrations.
Mobile app specifics
Borrower app: credit-status dashboard, certificate & contract vault, OTP consent management, month-by-month payment schedule, dispute filing, personal document storage, and rich notifications.
Lender app: initiate OTP checks, create & countersign contracts, process payments, raise compliance flags, and view portfolio analytics.
Key deliverables
1. Architecture documents (data models, API spec, security model).
2. CI/CD pipeline and automated test suite.
3. Production-ready code for all interfaces and services.
4. Deployment scripts (Docker / Kubernetes or equivalent).
5. Post-launch support plan and knowledge transfer.
Acceptance will hinge on:
• 100 % unit & integration test pass rate,
• independent security audit sign-off,
• zero P1 bugs during a two-week pilot, and
• comprehensive documentation delivered in Markdown.
If you have shipped similar multi-tenant, high-compliance financial systems—particularly using Node.js, Python, Go, Kotlin, Swift, React, or Angular—let’s talk timelines and milestones so we can get this into users’ hands quickly.
Full platform specification, interface mockups, scoring ruleset, notification library, error message library, and contract templates are provided to shortlisted candidates after a mutual NDA is signed. The documentation is comprehensive — a serious developer will be able to scope the work accurately within 48 hours of receiving it.
