Build Sri Lankan Property Marketplace

I want to create a modern property marketplace that gives Sri Lankans the slick, intuitive feel of realestate while being tailored to our own market realities. The most critical audience for launch will be local buyers and Sri Lankans living abroad, so every interaction has to feel fast, trustworthy and easy to use wherever they are in the world.

For local buyers, the platform must open with rock-solid property search and filtering—location radius, budget sliders, bedrooms, new-build status, the works—delivered instantly and ranking results intelligently. I’d like clean map views, saved searches and push notifications baked in from day one.

The project itself breaks down into four concrete deliverables:
• Responsive public website
• Full-featured iOS app
• Matching Android app
• Admin dashboard for listing management, analytics and user roles

I’m open on stack, but modern frameworks such as React / Next.js for the web and React Native or Flutter for mobile make sense. The backend should expose well-documented REST or GraphQL APIs, scale on AWS or GCP, and include a secure media pipeline for high-resolution photos and video tours. Please factor in basic SEO, social-share metadata, Firebase or similar push services, and a staging environment for QA.

You’ll handle UI/UX, development, automated testing, deployment and post-launch support. Clean, commented code in Git, regular sprint demos and clear milestones are essential.
