Financial CRM Web Soft-Launch

I have a working prototype of a web-based CRM designed for accounting firms and now need a seasoned software engineer to transform it into a production-ready application that we can soft-launch to a small group of early adopters.

Scope of work
The prototype already lays out the flows and screens; your task is to wire up the real back-end, polish the front-end, and deploy a secure, scalable web build. Core modules you will complete include:
• Customer Management – client onboarding, searchable profiles, segmentation and notes
• Invoicing – create, send and track invoices, generate PDFs and email them automatically
• Financial Reporting – pull transactional data into balance-sheet and P&L views, plus export to CSV/PDF

I’m platform-focused on the web, so please bring strong skills in a modern stack such as React or Vue on the front end and Node, Django or Laravel on the back end, with a relational database (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and cloud deployment on AWS, Azure or similar. Security, role-based access and audit logging are must-haves.

Deliverables
1. MVP build covering the three modules above, ready for a controlled soft launch
2. Automated tests, concise technical documentation and a deployment script (CI/CD preferred)
3. Two short support windows: pre-launch bug-fix sprint and a post-launch stability check

Acceptance criteria
• All features operate smoothly on current Chrome, Firefox and Edge
• Data is encrypted in transit and at rest; basic GDPR compliance observed
• No critical or high-priority issues detected during the first 2-week pilot

Timeline and collaboration
I’d like to move quickly—ideally four to six weeks from kickoff to pilot. I’m available daily for clarifications, will provide Figma files, existing API notes and sample datasets, and can give prompt feedback on each milestone.
