I am looking to develop a private, single-seller B2B pharmaceutical ordering and delivery application for my business, with an Web + Android-first approach. This is not a multi-vendor marketplace; only our company’s products will be sold through the platform, and deliveries will be handled exclusively by our in-house drivers.

The key modules required for the project are as follows:
1. Retailer Android App

* View our inventory uploaded through Excel/CSV files.
* Place orders directly through the app.

2. Delivery Driver Android App
* Daily delivery routes and orders assigned to drivers.
* Order status updates and tracking.
* Digital Proof of Delivery (OTP and/or Signature capture).

3. Web-Based Admin Panel
* Bulk inventory and pricing management through Excel/CSV uploads.
* Order management and dispatch control.
* Credit limit and outstanding payment (ledger/udhari) tracking for retailers.
* Reporting and analytics dashboard.

We are planning to launch this platform in the Madhya Pradesh, India region. Our product master data and inventory details are already available in Excel format.
