Project Title: AI-Powered B2B2C Auto Parts Marketplace Platform with Advanced Data Analytics & ERP Integration (Golang / React)
Project Description:
We are seeking an experienced full-stack development team or senior developers to build a highly scalable, AI-powered B2B2C Auto Parts Marketplace Platform. The platform will connect local auto parts vendors with retail customers. The core engine must handle intensive search queries, leverage Artificial Intelligence for semantic search/chat, provide deep market demand analytics in the admin panel, and integrate seamlessly with third-party ERP/Accounting systems via a universal API module.
Technical Stack & Infrastructure Requirements:
* Backend: Golang (Go) utilizing Clean Architecture (DDD principles preferred). Built as a highly optimized modular monolith.
* Frontend: React.js with TypeScript. State management via Redux Toolkit. Fully responsive UI.
* Localization (i18n): Full multi-language architecture from Day 1. All strings must be externalized (e.g., via JSON files). The initial launch will support Azerbaijani and Russian.
* Primary Database: PostgreSQL. Optimized indexing for parts, brands, vehicle taxonomies, and high-volume analytical logs.
* Caching Layer: Redis for session management and static catalog caching.
* Search Engine: Elasticsearch for handling millions of SKUs and part numbers.
* DevOps: Git-based workflow hosted on a private GitHub/GitLab repository. Docker containerization and CI/CD pipelines for automated staging/production deployment are required.
* TecDoc API Integration & Efficient VIN/Chassis Catalog Caching: The platform must fully integrate the TecDoc API to allow users to look up exact, manufacturer-approved auto parts using a vehicle's VIN/Chassis number.
Crucial Optimization Requirement: To minimize ongoing external API request costs and maintain optimal platform performance, once a unique vehicle catalog tree and parts schema are successfully retrieved from TecDoc, this data must be systematically persisted/cached on our own cloud infrastructure (utilizing PostgreSQL and Redis). Any subsequent user searches for the exact same VIN must completely bypass the external TecDoc API and fetch the data directly from our local database in milliseconds.
Key Modules & Advanced Features:
1.AI-Powered Semantic Search & Chatbot (Gemini / OpenAI API Integration)
* Semantic Search: The search bar must be integrated with an LLM (e.g., Gemini API). It must understand automotive slang, synonyms, and multilingual inputs. For example, if a user types "nakladka" (local slang), "əyləc bəndi" (Azerbaijani), or "brake pads" (English), the AI must map the intent to the correct product category and fetch results via Elasticsearch.
* AI Smart Chat Assistant: A floating chat-bot on the front-end. Users should be able to type natural language queries (e.g., "I need front brake pads for a BMW E39"). The AI must parse the vehicle model and part type, search the database, and present the matching products directly inside the chat interface as clickable links.
2. Cart & Checkout with Dynamic Payment Routing (Multi-vPOS)
* Direct integration with multiple commercial bank Virtual POS (vPOS API) systems supporting 3D Secure (No third-party aggregators like Stripe or Payriff).
* Routing Logic: Upon card input, the system must trigger a backend BIN lookup to detect the issuing bank. If Card = Bank A, route to Bank A vPOS API; if Card = Bank B, route to Bank B vPOS API. All other credit/debit cards must route to a customizable "Default Bank vPOS" managed from the Admin Panel.
* Strict Payment Failure Rule: In case of a 3D Secure failure or bank timeout, the system must NOT automatically route the user to an alternative bank's gateway. The transaction must stay within the original bank's workflow to preserve our lower commission rates. The system should display a clear error message, fully wipe/reset the card input form, and return the user to the beginning of the checkout step to trigger a fresh, secure BIN lookup upon retry.
3. Vendor Dashboard & Universal ERP Integration Module
* Bulk Inventory Upload: Vendors must be able to upload, update, and sync thousands of SKUs, prices, and stock counts via both Excel (.xlsx) and CSV import tools.
* Universal ERP/Accounting API (Webhook Framework): Develop a robust set of API endpoints and webhook triggers on the backend. This module must allow local third-party inventory/accounting software (such as 1C, BirSıra, or custom ERPs) to programmatically sync product catalogs, stock levels, and pricing data with the marketplace automatically.
4. Advanced Super Admin Panel (Data Analytics & Platform Control)
* Deep Financial & Sales Analytics: Granular dashboard showing daily, weekly, monthly, and annual charts of total GMV (Gross Merchandise Value). Detailed performance logs broken down by specific vendors, product categories, and individual items.
* Market Demand Insights (Search & Sales Data Mining): * Real-time tracking of Most Sold Products vs. Most Searched Terms.
Analytics on searched terms that yielded zero results, allowing the platform owner to identify market supply shortages (e.g., high search volume for a specific part that vendors do not currently have in stock).
* Payment & Settlement Monitoring: Live log of all transaction statuses, including detailed error logs for failed payments (e.g., insufficient funds, bank timeouts). Manual/automated vendor payout approval matrix.
* Vendor & Commission Management: One-click functionality to suspend, block, or offboard vendors. Ability to set flexible, custom marketplace commission percentages per vendor or per category.
* Dispute & Ticket Support System: Tools for admin intervention regarding customer complaints, wrong part deliveries, or return requests.
* Low Stock Alerts: Automated warnings sent to both admins and vendors when popular SKUs fall below a defined threshold.
Non-Functional Requirements:
* Performance: Search API response times under 200ms utilizing Redis/Elasticsearch optimization.
* Security: Secure JWT-based authentication, password hashing (bcrypt), HTTPS enforcement, and strict compliance with secure payment processing standards (no raw card data stored on our servers).
Deliverables:
1. Complete, production-ready source code in our private GitHub/GitLab repository.
2. Fully functional MVP deployed on our cloud server (AWS / Hetzner / DigitalOcean).
3. Comprehensive Postman API collection (including AI endpoints, universal ERP webhooks, and vPOS checkout flows).
4. Database schema and architecture documentation.
Please provide your estimated timeline, proposed architectural layout, and examples of similar marketplace, ERP integration, or AI-driven projects you have completed.
Please note that the budget entered is symbolic; we welcome all proposals and the final price is negotiable based on your specific quote.
