Industrial PM-Focused CEMS Build

Project Description

I need a complete Continuous Emission Monitoring System designed for an industrial site with the sole purpose of environmental monitoring. The unit must continuously track particulate matter (PM) levels, record the data in real time, and make it accessible through a web-based dashboard as well as downloadable reports.

Core expectations
• Hardware specification: sensor selection for PM, enclosure suitable for harsh factory conditions, and recommendations for power and network connectivity.
• Firmware/software: reliable data acquisition, on-device validation, and secure transmission to a cloud or local server.
• User interface: clear visualisations, threshold alerts, and exportable CSV or PDF summaries.
• Calibration and QA/QC procedure documentation so the system stays accurate over time.

I can supply basic site drawings and existing network details; everything else—from bill of materials to final deployment guide—should come from you. Proven experience with CEMS, air-quality sensors (e.g., optical laser scatter or beta attenuation), and industrial IoT protocols (Modbus, MQTT, OPC-UA) will be a big plus.
