I'm seeking a developer to create a project management tool for tax preparation services, both personal and business. The tool should automatically update clients via email as their returns move through various stages.
Key features:
- Stages: Data Entry, Preparation, Review, Print/Assembly, Sign/Pay, File
- Auto email updates after each phase
- Project status syncs with Zoho CRM
- Utilizing Zoho products for all aspects of this project
Ideal skills and experience:
- Project creation in Zoho
- Email automation integration
- User-friendly interface design
- Experience in tax preparation processes is a plus
