Responsive Website Development From Scratch

The project involves designing and building a fully responsive website from the ground up. I have not locked myself into a single purpose or platform yet, so we will shape the site together—whether it ultimately serves as an e-commerce store, a portfolio, or a content-driven blog. What matters most is clean architecture, fast load times, and an interface that feels intuitive on every screen size.

You may choose the stack you feel best suits the brief: WordPress for quick content management, Shopify for streamlined product sales, or a fully custom HTML/CSS (and JavaScript, React, or similar) build for maximum flexibility. Whichever route we take, semantic markup, accessible design, and SEO-ready structure are non-negotiable.

Deliverables
• High-fidelity wireframes and a mood board that capture the agreed visual direction
• Pixel-perfect UI implementation, mobile-first and cross-browser tested
• Back-end configuration or CMS setup (plugins, themes, or custom code) that keeps site speed in mind
• Staging environment and final deployment to my hosting provider with clear documentation
• A brief hand-off guide so I can manage routine content updates without breaking anything

Acceptance criteria
The site must pass Google Lighthouse audits (performance, accessibility, best practices, SEO) with scores of 90+ and load in under three seconds on a 4G connection. All primary flows—browsing, searching, and contact or checkout—should complete without errors on the latest versions of Chrome, Safari, Firefox, and Edge.
