Full Ride-Sharing App Development -- 2
Project Description
I have a clear vision for a complete ride-sharing ecosystem, similar to Uber, Lyft or InDrive, and I’m ready to move from concept to fully working product. The scope covers two native apps—one for riders and one for drivers—launched simultaneously on iOS and Android. Core features must include:
• Ride booking with fare estimate and in-app payment
• Driver registration and profile management, including document upload and approval workflow
• Real-time tracking of driver location and trip progress, displayed on dynamic maps for both parties
Email-and-password authentication will be the single sign-on method across passenger, driver and future web admin portals. I will also need the supporting backend (REST or GraphQL), a lightweight web dashboard for trip analytics and user management, plus clean technical documentation so another team can maintain the system.
Acceptance criteria: both apps pass Apple App Store and Google Play reviews, real-time location updates refresh in under two seconds on a 4G connection, and completed trips are logged accurately in the database with fare breakdown.
