Description:
Future Renaissance LLC is seeking an experienced development team to design and build a fully self-hosted, organization-owned digital platform from scratch. This is a serious, well-scoped project with a detailed RFP document ready to share.
What we need built:

A Video on Demand (VOD) library — users register, browse, and watch studio-produced recordings with adaptive bitrate streaming and resume-watching support
A Live Broadcast module — studio encoder feeds via RTMP, transcoded and delivered as HLS to an unlimited audience, with live chat and automatic archiving to the VOD library
An Interactive Meeting module — a custom-built WebRTC media engine supporting a panel of up to 15 simultaneous video/audio hosts, with a listen-only audience of hundreds, raise-hand-to-speak approval flow, active speaker view, and real-time text chat
Mobile apps for iOS, Android, and Huawei (AppGallery / HMS Core)
A responsive web application with full feature parity
A backend admin console for event scheduling, user management, analytics, and system monitoring

Hard requirements — please read before bidding:

Platform must be 100% self-hosted on our own VPS/servers — no third-party SaaS video or conferencing tools (no Twilio, Agora, Zoom SDK, etc.)
The WebRTC media engine must be custom-built — do not bid if your approach relies on a third-party conferencing SDK
All source code and intellectual property transfer fully to us on delivery
Minimum 1-year post-launch warranty and support required
Huawei AppGallery publishing experience is required

Proven experience building real-time audio/video systems (custom SFU/signaling server) — not just SDK integrations
Portfolio of comparable self-hosted media or communication platforms
