Project Description
I’m building a Web + iOS/Android marketplace that lets car owners connect with vetted transportation and maintenance providers. The system revolves around three core roles—car owners, service providers, and admins—each with its own dashboard and permissions.
For car owners the experience must feel effortless: they need to book services, track real-time progress through GPS, and rate the job once it’s done. Service providers should be able to manage incoming requests, update service status on the go, and monitor earnings and performance reports. An admin console ties everything together with multi-stage payment controls, dispute handling, and analytics.
The stack is set: Next.js for the web front end, React Native for both mobile apps, and Supabase for backend + database. Critical integrations include Google Maps for live tracking, our chosen payment gateway for staged payouts, Firebase Cloud Messaging for push notifications, Mixpanel for product analytics, and a small set of AI APIs that will power smart service recommendations. Roughly twenty functional modules and eight distinct user roles must be delivered inside a 12-week timeline.
To move forward I need:
• Links to previous full-stack projects—especially anything in React Native, Next.js, or Supabase.
• A concise methodology outlining sprint structure, testing approach, and deployment pipeline.
• A milestone-based pricing breakdown that matches the multi-stage payment flow planned for the platform.
If your past work demonstrates similar complexity and you’re confident you can meet the 12-week goal, let’s discuss the finer details and lock in the schedule.
