Website Redesign & E-Commerce Upgrade

My current site needs more than a fresh coat of paint—I want it to work harder for me. The main objective of this redesign is to add new functionalities: a full e-commerce engine for physical products and a set of interactive forms that make lead capture and customer enquiries effortless.

Here is what I have in mind.

E-commerce
I will be selling physical products, so the build must include a product catalogue, inventory control, secure cart and checkout flow, multiple payment gateways, tax/shipping calculations and an order-confirmation email sequence. A straightforward admin panel is a must so my team can add or edit products without touching code.

Interactive forms
I also need dynamic, conditional forms that collect user data smoothly—think pop-ups for newsletter sign-ups, a multi-step quote request form and a contact form that routes messages to the right department. Validation, spam protection and clear error messaging are important.

Design & user experience
While new features drive the project, a contemporary, mobile-first layout is expected. Please keep the look clean, fast and on-brand, with an intuitive navigation structure that supports both browsing and buying.

Deliverables
• Fully responsive website with integrated e-commerce and interactive forms
• Payment, tax and shipping settings configured for launch readiness
• CMS/admin area documented so my team can self-manage products and form fields
• Final source files and deployment assistance to move the site to production

Acceptance criteria
The build will be considered complete once test transactions run end-to-end, all forms submit and store data correctly, pages pass basic speed checks and the admin walkthrough shows my staff can manage the site unaided.
